A Dallas-based technology augmentation firm is looking for a ServiceNow architect with technical and functional prowess. You will work on designing, implementing, and scaling our systems.
You should be a seasoned ServiceNow architect. You should also be hands-on, familiar with ITIL, capable of writing scripts/development, configurations, and analysis. You need to be well-versed with a range of modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD, along with SecOps, SCM, and GRC. You will work with GRC, GlideSystem APIs, ITSM, RBAC, and MID Server. You should have also worked with Flow Designed in the past. Familiarity with current SN’s AI features is highly desirable. Other skills sought include DevOps and cloud services, REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO, and JavaScript.
You will act as the senior ServiceNow resource. You’ll provide direction, interact with stakeholders and other technical teams, and perform a lot of technical and functional tasks. You’ll handle design, architecture, implementation, automation, scaling, development, configurations, migrations, analysis, and analysis. You’ll also deal with compliance and security.
This is a 9-months project to be converted to permanent status.
