What types of companies are your clients?
We work with a wide range of companies, from well-known global enterprises to high-growth startups and mid-sized firms. Our past clients include major industry leaders like Citi, Disney, Mount Sinai, and WorldQuant, as well as countless smaller firms building innovative products across finance, healthcare, media, and tech.
Smaller organizations often offer greater flexibility and exposure across the stack, while larger firms bring more structure and defined roles. We work with both, helping candidates find the environment that best suits their skills, personality, and long-term goals.

Will you share my resume without checking with me first?
We will never share your resume with any client without speaking with you first.
Before we submit anything, we take time to understand your experience, walk you through the opportunity, and make sure there’s a strong match. You’ll hear all details upfront, and we’ll learn more about your goals and preferences during that conversation.
If you’re ever not interested in a role, your resume won’t be sent, no exceptions.
How are you different from other recruiters?
We take the time to truly understand both sides of the hiring process, hiring companies and our candidates.
We go beyond checking boxes. We dig into the intangibles too: personality fit, team dynamics, communication style, and long-term goals. We get to know you, not just your resume.
Because we understand technology deeply, we’re able to speak your language, ask the right questions, and make sure the roles we present actually make sense for you technically and culturally.
We also work directly with hiring managers on most searches, which means we get clearer insight into what the team really needs, faster feedback, and more context about the role than you’d typically get through traditional channels.
What’s the process like after I send you my resume?
We always review every resume we receive, and even if there isn’t an immediate fit, we’ll let you know. If we see potential, we’ll also give you a chance to clarify or expand on anything that might be missing or unclear.
If there’s a match, we’ll usually follow up with a call and an email, so be sure to include your contact details. And we won’t just consider you for one role at a time, we’ll keep you in mind for everything relevant that comes our way.
Our goal is long-term relationship-building, not just filling one position.
Can you help me if I’m not actively job hunting yet?
Job search isn’t always a straight line. You often need to explore what’s out there before you know exactly what you want.
We encourage candidates to start the process before they’re under pressure to make a move. Taking the time to look early gives you more flexibility, more perspective, and a better chance to make thoughtful decisions when the right role appears.
We’re here to support you at every stage, not just when it’s urgent.
Do you offer help with resume or interview prep?
We always prepare you for every interview we arrange using real feedback, job details, company insights, and even a manager’s style and expectations when available.
If you’re looking for deeper support with your resume, LinkedIn profile, or interview preparation, you can also visit our partner site, GTechHelp Services, where you can benefit from specialized job search support.
Will you stay in touch after I’m hired?
We’ve been in business since 2004, and our success has always come from the relationships we build, not just the placements we make.
We stay in touch for months after you start a new role, and often for years beyond that. Whether you need support down the line, want to explore a new opportunity, or just want to check in, we’ll be here.
Our goal is a lasting relationship, not a quick transaction.
