A professional services firm with a staff augmentation focus is looking for technology leaders to step into a range of fractional roles with our clients.

You should be a hands-on executive, with experience of managing teams, outsourcing efforts, and vendors. Solid understanding of architecture, OOP and infrastructure is important. Agile, DevOps, and GenAI experience are all helpful. Familiarity with the latest technology advances, as well as strong understanding of business verticals.

 

Good communication and leadership skills and documentation practices are critical. You should be inquisitive and customer oriented. Some ad hoc work is expected, otherwise projects are all 6+ months.
