Job Summary

As Executive Project Manager, you will oversee high-impact, cross-functional projects at the intersection of AI, mobile systems, and media innovation. You’ll act as both a strategic leader and technical partner, ensuring alignment between business goals and engineering execution while guiding the company through rapid growth and technical scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects in AI-driven media innovation and mobile system development.
• Define project scope, technical requirements, and delivery timelines in partnership with leadership and engineering.
• Serve as the technical liaison between business and engineering teams.
• Drive initiatives in platform scalability, AI model deployment, and mobile optimization.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Report project status (budget, timeline, deliverables) directly to senior leadership.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, mobile, and media technology, applying insights to company growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing complex technical projects in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong coding background in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Solid understanding of mobile systems architecture (iOS, Android, or hybrid).
• Knowledge of AI-powered media tech (recommendation engines, NLP, computer vision).
• Experience translating business requirements into technical execution.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; proven success managing cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern DevOps practices.
• Exposure to data pipelines, APIs, and microservices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with mobile app development (React Native, Swift, Kotlin).
• Knowledge of media streaming technologies and content management systems.
• Direct experience working with AI research or development teams.
